The Peacock Suites yesterday won the trophy for "Visionary Concepts" category at the Crystal Cabin Award 2019, held alongside the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg.
The Crystal Cabin Award is one of the most coveted seals of quality in the global aviation industry. It honours innovations in aircraft cabin and on-board products and is the sector's most highly regarded honour amongst media and the industry alike. This year’s competition received a record 100 submissions from 22 countries, with winners in 8 categories selected by a panel of 27 international experts.
Peacock, a concept conceived by Hong Kong-based Paperclip Design and marketed by Butterfly Flexible Seating Solutions, is a fluid and space-efficient layout that allows instant transformation among a variety of configurations to create unique products that suit a wide spectrum of market. Peacock is available for licensing to operators.
